The 80 wide 2 speed Blue Marlin Tournament Edition reels and 2 Blue Marlin Tournament Edition 160- 200 lb. class rods feature a 2 speed gear ratio of 2.5: 1 and 1.3: 1, with a max drag of 155 lbs. The line capacity is 80 lb. mono/ 1025 yards or 200 lb. braid/1740 yards. The reels have oversized big game handles.
The rods boast a 5'5" carbon composite blank with span wrap construction, wide mouth roller guides, EVA foam grip, and a gimbal cross on the butt. They are equipped with stainless steel gears and a 1 touch 2 speed shift mechanism.
Additionally, the reels have 9 shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a 2 year warranty.
